Demixium™ is architected using object-orientation concepts. The base class is the Demixium™ Metamodel, derived from this is the Knowledge class (What to do) and instantiated from this is the Experience/Performance objects (How to do it). Results are achieved through defined measurements (how to measure it) for the Knowledge class that is instrumented (actual measurements) within the Experience/Performance objects (how to do it).

Demixium™ focuses on three essential dimensions to achieve real user benefits and value; Knowledge (what is needed), Performance (how is it done) and Results (how is performance measured). Demixium is conceived from fundamental principles and goals.
